Our story

A neighborhood café, tropical at heart.

We opened Key West Bistro to bring something different to south Minneapolis: coffee you can’t find anywhere else in town, Cuban-leaning food that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and a space that feels a little like a postcard from somewhere warmer.

The decor is the heart of Key West. The coffee program is ours. The Cuban bagel is dangerously good. The pie is a little bit famous.
